Neighborhood Announcements

Our Annual Homeowners Association Meeting will take place on January 30, 2012 beginning at 7:00 pm. at the Amenity Center located at 3449 Sundown Blvd.  See you there!

Our monthly Board of Director's Meeting is held each month on the last Monday beginning at 6:30 pm.  If you would like to be placed on the agenda, please contact Christine Riggs.

The new security system at the clubhouse is monitored live.  Any acts of vandalism will be prosecuted since we will have the ability to view images for clear and positive identification.

The Club House at Sundown Ranch serves for the entertainment and enjoyment of our Association Members.  However, the facility has been used by many for a venue for weddings, receptions, meetings, and more.  If interested, please contact Christine Riggs.

The lake at Sundown Ranch is for the enjoyment of our Association Members.  Fishing is allowed but is "Catch and Release" only.  One should also have a current fishing license on hand.
