The Amenities at Sundown Ranch
Sundown Ranch is composed of several acres of common areas and greenbelt accented by stone columns. Add the wonderful amenities and you have a fantastic place to reside in Denton, Texas. Around our lake is a walking/jogging trail. The Club House can be reserved for your use with advance reservations. For reservations, please contact Christine Riggs or Lupe Graham of Lone Star Association Management. You must complete and turn in a "Reservation Agreement" as well.Simply a great place to relax...
The pool area adjacent to the Club House is a wonderful place to relax and spend time with your family.
Added in 2004 is the shade over the baby wading pool area to protect the young ones from the sun.

Our Amenities were designed to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment in which you can relax and spend quality time with your family and friends. A security system is in place which will identify would be thieves 24 hours a day. Our lake across the street from the Club House is "Catch and Release" only and is for Association Members only.
