Fee Schedule Change - There are three fees on the fee schedule that have been changed:

 

(1)  Commercial vehicles parked in the subdivision is now a $250.00 fee.

(2)  Recreational vehicles parked in the subdivision is now a $250.00 fee.

(3)  Non-receipt of Architectural Approval prior to commencement of construction is now a $250.00 fee.
